One of our first activities at school this year was what we called 'Traffic Awareness Day'. Police officers came to our school to talk to us about the importance taking good car
e while in the street. Following those talks we went down the yard and went in some of the police vehicles on show. A small track was built and everybody could pretend he/she is walking in the street. All street laws, including zebra crossings, had to be observed. In the end, we attended to police dogs' show.
